Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA with major in HRM or Masters from any discipline with PGDHRM/ PGDPM from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in preparing manpower planning & advertisement for recruitment, sourcing manpower,
∎ Maintain HRIS, PDMS & data base in software (attendance, leave management, wages & salary preparation, patient schedule Management),
∎ Assist in preparing monthly payroll list,
∎ Assist in performance management system,
∎ Maintain personal file (prepare & update),
∎ Maintain office equipment, arrange & prepare necessary papers,
∎ Preserve all CVs, application and relevant documents relating to recruitment,
∎ Take initiative to solve day- to-day HR related issues,
∎ Assist in the activities of HR Department,
∎ Assist Centre Manager for all kinds of day-to-day HR related activity,
∎ Maintain liaison with different departments for smooth functioning of the activities,
∎ Any other job assigned by the supervisor.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
