Professional certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) are a plus
Partner with business leaders to forecast manpower requirements for projects, corporate functions, and site operations
Build and maintain strong external relationships with universities, technical institutes, and professional networks to attract and onboard the right talents
Support the HR Head in reviewing and refining organizational structures, ensuring proper reporting lines, spans of control, and role clarity
Coordinate and implement change management initiatives under guidance of the HR Head to facilitate smooth transformations
Lead end-to-end recruitment process: requisition management, sourcing, shortlisting, assessments, and reference checks
Ensure timely completion of all pre-joining and post-joining formalities (contracts, medical, orientation, documentation etc.) to ensure smooth onboarding experience
Oversee the full performance management cycle and integrate performance data with increments, promotions, and development plans
Ensure accurate administration of salaries, allowances, and statutory benefits, while monitoring compliance with Bangladesh Labour Act and company policy
Administer employee benefits (medical, insurance, leave, gratuity, provident fund, overtime) with accuracy, legal compliance, and timely employee communication
Support Board/Sr. Management/Line Managers to ensure proper handling of employee grievances and impartial investigation and resolution.
Manage structured employee exit process including resignation acceptance, exit interviews, and final settlement
Draft/Review/Update HR policies in alignment with BLL (Bangladesh Labor Law) and SEL’s organizational needs
Transport Allowance (T/A): Provided to specific pool of employees
Mobile Bill: Reimbursed for specific staff members as per requirement
Tour Allowance: Applicable as per job nature
Medical Allowance: Provided upon application, with variable amounts depending on circumstances
Performance Bonus: Granted only to selected sections/departments as of now
Profile Share: Distributed for the past two consecutive years
