Additional Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Partner with business leaders to forecast manpower requirements for projects, corporate functions, and site operations

  • Build and maintain strong external relationships with universities, technical institutes, and professional networks to attract and onboard the right talents

  • Support the HR Head in reviewing and refining organizational structures, ensuring proper reporting lines, spans of control, and role clarity

  • Coordinate and implement change management initiatives under guidance of the HR Head to facilitate smooth transformations

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment process: requisition management, sourcing, shortlisting, assessments, and reference checks

  • Ensure timely completion of all pre-joining and post-joining formalities (contracts, medical, orientation, documentation etc.) to ensure smooth onboarding experience

  • Oversee the full performance management cycle and integrate performance data with increments, promotions, and development plans

  • Ensure accurate administration of salaries, allowances, and statutory benefits, while monitoring compliance with Bangladesh Labour Act and company policy

  • Administer employee benefits (medical, insurance, leave, gratuity, provident fund, overtime) with accuracy, legal compliance, and timely employee communication

  • Support Board/Sr. Management/Line Managers to ensure proper handling of employee grievances and  impartial investigation and resolution.

  • Manage structured employee exit process including resignation acceptance, exit interviews, and final settlement

  • Draft/Review/Update HR policies in alignment with BLL (Bangladesh Labor Law) and SEL’s organizational needs
