Responsibilities & Context:
Receive and respond to customer inquiries from walk-ins, phone calls, digital leads, referrals, and broker sources in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate and complete information to potential customers regarding project details, including layout, pricing, payment schedules, availability, and handover timelines.
Arrange and conduct project site visits for prospective customers, including under-construction and ready projects.
Follow up with potential customers to support lead conversion into confirmed bookings.
Assist customers through the booking process, including form completion, document collection, and coordination with Sales Support.
Ensure all booking details are correctly entered into the sales system / software and supporting documents are properly submitted.
Coordinate with Sales Support, CRM, and Recovery teams to ensure smooth handover after booking.
Support participation in sales events, exhibitions, and fairs as directed by management.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions, site visits, and follow-ups.
Assist senior sales team members in handling high-value or complex customer cases as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred)
Experience
3-5 years of experience in real-estate or project-based sales preferred
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build customer trust and rapport
Basic understanding of real-estate sales processes
Follow-up discipline and result orientation
Comfortable using mobile apps, WhatsApp, and basic software systems
Willingness to visit project sites and work flexible hours when required
