Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Review, vet, and provide legal opinion on land documents, title deeds, ownership records, mutation, khatian, porcha, DCR, tax receipts, RAJUK/CDA or other authority-related documents, and other project-related legal papers.

  2. Support land acquisition, joint venture, development agreement, power of attorney, sale permission, registration, mutation, and other real estate documentation processes.

  3. Draft, review, and finalize agreements, deeds, MoUs, contracts, undertakings, legal notices, replies, affidavits, board papers, and other legal documents as required by the company.

  4. Provide legal support in apartment/commercial space sale documentation, allotment-related matters, client agreements, cancellation issues, transfer matters, and handover-related legal requirements.

  5. Coordinate with external lawyers, land offices, sub-registry offices, RAJUK/CDA or relevant authorities, banks, clients, vendors, and internal departments to resolve legal and documentation matters.

  6. Monitor and follow up on ongoing litigation, disputes, legal notices, arbitration/mediation matters, client claims, vendor claims, and other legal proceedings involving the company.

  7. Maintain updated records of legal cases, land documents, agreements, registration documents, client files, legal opinions, and correspondence in a systematic and confidential manner.

  8. Advise management and concerned departments on legal risks, contractual obligations, documentation gaps, compliance requirements, and preventive legal measures.

  9. Ensure that all legal documents, contracts, and real estate transactions are aligned with applicable laws, company policy, and management approval.

  10. Prepare periodic legal status reports, case updates, documentation status, risk notes, and other legal summaries for management review.
