Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Education (M.Ed) in Education
∎ Minimum Bachelor's Degree
∎ Skills Required: Human Resource Management, Labor Law, Labor Management, Motivation, Organizational Development, Payroll Processing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Sweater Industry, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Garments Accessories, Spinning, Dyeing Factory

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and ensure that company's HR strategy, policy and practices are understood and applied fairly and effectively.
∎ Focus on the areas of manpower planning, training and well-being.
∎ Advise and assist key company personnel in HR related issues and concerns as well as as labor law and legal procedures.
∎ Coordinate orientation program for all new joining staff.
∎ Conduct, review and analyse exit interviews.
∎ Identify, recommend and approve learning programs for company employees.
∎ Address employee grievances as well as disciplinary issues where required.
∎ Ensure timely submission of payroll to the finance department for salary disbursement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must know the MS Office package and be able to type in both English and Bangla.
∎ Good communication and presentation skills.
