Responsibilities & Context:
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to ensure the reliability of critical assets.
- Coordinate with technicians and external contractors for specialized repairs.
- Evaluate the condition of captive power plant infrastructure and recommend upgrades or repairs.
- Contribute to factory expansion projects, including layout design and equipment installation.
- Perform routine maintenance, and troubleshooting any issues that arise with gas gensets.
- Diagnose and rectify any mechanical or electrical faults in the generator units.
- Follow-up any related machine installations and maintenance schedules of existing machines.
