• Lead a small but dynamic sales team and be responsible for driving revenue growth, establishing strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence in the freight forwarding industry.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company`s goals and objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and expectations.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented sales culture within the department.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their logistics needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Ensure that all stakeholders are informed and updated throughout the service delivery process.
