Denimisia is seeking a highly experienced and structured HR Manager to lead all human resource operations in our fast-growing e-commerce fashion business.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the e-commerce sector (especially clothing/fashion brands) with proven ability to manage recruitment, rostering, performance systems, HR policies, and high-pressure hiring cycles.
This role is critical in building a disciplined, KPI-driven, and high-performing workforce in a chat-based sales environment.
Manage end-to-end recruitment (sales, CRM, marketing, accounts, operations, etc.)
Handle high-pressure hiring cycles, especially during campaigns, seasonal sales, and peak business periods
Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for rapid scaling requirements
Create and manage employee rostering and shift planning for operational teams
Implement and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and company discipline system
Build and monitor KPI-based performance evaluation system for all departments
Manage employee onboarding, training, and performance improvement processes
Maintain HR records, attendance, and workforce documentation
Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth manpower planning and execution
Handle high-pressure hiring for sales, CRM & seasonal rush campaigns
Design and implement KPI-based performance tracking system
Develop and enforce company HR policies and operational SOPs
Maintain strict discipline in chat-based sales teams (Messenger/WhatsApp/DM operations)
Ensure employees follow response time, sales behavior, and communication standards
Identify underperformers and implement corrective action plans
100% fulfillment of hiring requirements within deadlines
Fast recruitment turnaround time (especially urgent hiring cycles)
100% accurate rostering with no operational disruption
Reduced employee turnover and improved retention rate
Proper execution of KPI system across all departments
Effective monitoring of sales and CRM team discipline & performance compliance
Must have 3+ years HR experience in E-commerce sector (mandatory)
Must have experience in online clothing/fashion business (required)
Strong knowledge of recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
Experience in rostering and shift-based team management
Proven ability to handle high-pressure hiring environments (sales/CRM teams)
Strong understanding of KPI systems and performance management
Ability to enforce discipline in fast-moving digital sales teams
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Experience in fast-scaling D2C or fashion e-commerce brands
Knowledge of HR software / HRIS systems
Strong capability in building company culture and operational structure
