CONTEXT :

As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources department. You will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in HR administration while contributing to our mission of empowering students and workers through international education and employment.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
• Maintain accurate employee records and databases. Assist with employee relations activities, including organizing events and initiatives to promote a positive work culture.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
