∎ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
∎ Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
∎ Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees.
∎ Manage the on-boarding process for new hires and provide continuous support.Handle payroll, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
∎ Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organisation.
∎ Nurture a positive working environment and manage employee performance and development.
