Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation or Post Graduation in from a recognized university in major HRM.
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Candidate with Post Graduate Diploma in HRM / HRD will get added preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Introduce & implement HR policy and procedures.
∎ Review pay scale and update as per need of business.
∎ Lead and oversee the overall HR & Admin functions in the organization.
∎ Monitor the overall leave administration & management.
∎ Update & preserve the different policies and make /explain guidelines/instructions to practice/maintain these policies.
∎ Any other task assigned by Top management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Should have at least 8-12 years' experience of working in HR & Administration areas.
∎ Excellent Communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in MS office.
∎ Progressive ,open minded ,easy going person.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Textile, RMG, Garments HR and Admin
