∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes.
∎ Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
∎ Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, career pages and social networks
∎ Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
∎ Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
∎ Assist with employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and employee recognition programs.
∎ Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
Salary: Negotiable
