Food Edge Limited, widely known through its brand Bread and Beyond, is one of the leading bakery and café chains in Dhaka with 15 outlets. We are looking for enthusiastic and committed HR Interns to support our HR operations.
Successful interns may be offered full-time employment upon completion of the internship, based on performance.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment and selection process (CV screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication).
Support in employee onboarding and induction programs.
Maintain and update HR database, personnel files, and attendance records.
Assist in organizing training and development programs.
Prepare HR-related letters, memos, and reports.
Support in employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and audit requirements.
