Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
∎ Bachelor/Honors from any reputed Public or Private University with a CGPA not less than 3.00.
∎ Must be good in written English.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of organizing the recruitment process of faculty and staff.
∎ Maintains personal files of the employees containing personal data and records with confidentiality.
∎ Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and personal data as a routine duty.
∎ Prepare monthly salary & other allowance sheets, final settlement, mobile allowance, annual leave encashment & other relevant payment sheets on time.
∎ Prepare note sheets on HR matters for approval of the management.
∎ Maintain records of provident funds, gratuity, personal loans etc including their settlement at the end of someone's service.
∎ Be able to conduct HR Policy awareness sessions for the employee.
∎ Primarily accountable and answerable to the Head of Admin.
∎ Carry out any other official jobs assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Specialized in procurement will be given preference.
∎ Experience in any reputed School/College regarding marketing and promotion will get an advantage.
∎ Fresh graduates with outstanding achievements are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Must be proficient in driving technical tools like MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable for a competent candidate.
