∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Specialized in procurement will be given preference.
∎ Experience in any reputed school/college regarding marketing and promotion will be an advantage.
∎ Fresh graduates with outstanding achievements are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Should be good in English speaking and writing.
∎ Must be proficient in driving technical tools like MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support the Principal and the teachers in administrative matters.
∎ Assign and maintain the duty roster of administrative staff.
∎ Arrange the purchase of all capital items, equipment, stationery, bedding, cloth, furniture, electronic gadgets, medicine, etc.
∎ Maintain record of all purchases.
∎ Keep record of inventory management.
∎ Ensure logistic support of the academy and any other program.
∎ Prepare work orders for all purchases and forward them to the accounts office with proper documentation.
∎ Maintain logistics support for the transport facilities.
∎ Other duties assigned by the authorities.
