∎ Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
∎ Maintain employee records, payroll, and attendance.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
∎ Address employee grievances and promote a positive work environment.
∎ Organize company events and team-building activities.
∎ Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
∎ Assist in performance management and employee evaluations.
∎ Conduct training and development programs.
∎ Manage employee engagement and retention initiatives.
∎ Support leadership in workforce planning and HR strategy.
∎ Responsibilities:
