Experience:

• Bachelor`s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Mechatronics or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial automation, with a focus on PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.

• Familiarity with leading brands such as Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley), SIEMENS, EMERSON and Phoenix Contact, Cognex, Teltonika etc.

• Proven track record of successful project management and delivery in challenging industrial environments.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel to client sites across Bangladesh as required.

Responsibilities:

• System Design and Integration: Design and deploy PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems tailored to meet the unique requirements of clients across various industries, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Project Management: Lead project teams in the execution of automation projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Technical Expertise: Apply expertise in programming and configuring industrial automation systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing system performance.
• Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing technical guidance, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, technicians, and vendors to deliver comprehensive automation solutions that exceed client expectations.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation including design specifications, schematics, and technical manuals to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to clients and internal teams on the operation and maintenance of deployed automation systems.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, contributing to the continuous improvement of Unipolar Automation`s service offerings.
