We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven HR Executive / Senior HR Executive to join our HR department. The HR Executive will manage daily HR operations, ensuring all HR practices comply with company policies and local labor laws.

  • Coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviews, and offers.

  • Maintain a talent pipeline and assist in manpower planning.

  • Support HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.

  • Collaborate with departments for HR planning and employee development.

  • Maintain and update employee personal files.

  • Ensure employees are informed about company policies and HR guidelines.

  • Identify and resolve personnel issues; provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Plan and coordinate employee training and skill development programs.

  • Prepare the annual training calendar based on Training Needs Analysis (TNA).

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
