Security Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate the recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire a security guard, Security In-Charge, and Security officer.
∎ Working at the initial level of security performance and attendance activities.
∎ Formulate security guards motivation factors, counseling, grievance and conflict management, etc.
∎ Maintaining employee & security attendance & leave management on a weekly basis.
∎ Ensure updated Personal file management.
∎ Maintain & update HR database (ID card, monthly update staff list & necessary details, recruitment status, joining & resign report, etc.).
∎ Preparing all kinds of Office Notices, Notes & Letters.
∎ Provide support in conducting Recruitment & Selection of employees & ensure newly recruited employees join formalities.
∎ Provide attendance for preparing Invoices.
∎ Follow-up payment from time to time and collect.
∎ Manpower Shortage follow-up and fill-up.
∎ Conducting recruitment exams for Security officers, In-charge.
∎ Site monitoring as a district officer.
∎ Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the COO and Head of Operation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Having own motorbike will be preferred.
