Responsibilities & Context:
For HR Executive
• Recruitment & selection activities
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist in payroll, attendance & leave management
• Coordinate with management and employees
• Any other HR related tasks assigned by management
For Lab Technician
• Maintain and troubleshoot lab testing machines
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections
• Assist in calibration and servicing of instruments
• Keep maintenance records and ensure lab safety
