Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare, review, and finalize calibration reports accurately and on time
Perform data analysis from calibration results and ensure proper documentation
Maintain calibration records, certificates, and related files systematically
Coordinate with laboratory teams (OTS, Peerless, ISL, CS Lab, DYSIN) for data collection and verification
Ensure all reports comply with standard procedures and quality requirements
Identify errors or inconsistencies in calibration data and take corrective actions
Assist in maintaining quality standards and audit requirements
Communicate with internal teams regarding report status and technical issues
Manage multiple reports simultaneously and meet deadlines
Perform any other tasks assigned by management
