Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

JSK Group, a rapidly expanding and diversified business conglomerate with interests in Hospital & Diagnostic Services, Passenger Transport, Capital Market Brokerage, and Overseas Recruitment & Training, is looking for a smart, dynamic, and energetic HR Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling human resources operations, recruitment, employee relations, and HR documentation across multiple business units under JSK Group.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and systems.

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process — job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, and attendance database.

  • Support in payroll preparation, leave management, and benefits administration.

  • Conduct orientation programs for new employees and ensure smooth joining formalities.

  • Assist in performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.

  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and ensure a healthy work environment.

  • Support HR audits, training programs, and compliance with labor laws and company policy.

  • Coordinate with different units (Hospital, Diagnostic, Transport, Brokerage, Training Center) to fulfill manpower needs.

  • Prepare periodic HR reports for management review.
