Responsibilities & Context:
  • Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments through consultation, dietary history review, body condition evaluation, and health-related information gathering.

  • Assess clients’ nutritional status, food habits, medical conditions, lifestyle factors, and wellness objectives to identify nutritional requirements and deficiencies.

  • Develop individualized, evidence-based nutrition and meal plans tailored to clients’ health conditions, therapy goals, recovery programs, and personal preferences.

  • Provide professional nutritional counseling and practical dietary guidance to support wellness, rehabilitation, therapy recovery, and healthy lifestyle development.

  • Support clients undergoing shock wave therapy and related wellness programs through proper nutritional planning aimed at improving recovery, physical wellbeing, and treatment support outcomes.

  • Educate clients regarding balanced nutrition, calorie management, portion control, hydration, food selection, and healthy lifestyle practices.

  • Provide guidance on weight management programs, including healthy weight reduction, body composition improvement, and sustainable nutrition strategies.

  • Offer dietary support and counseling for lifestyle-related health concerns and wellness improvement programs when applicable.

  • Conduct regular follow-up consultations to monitor client progress, dietary compliance, behavioral changes, and measurable wellness outcomes.

  • Review and revise nutritional plans based on client response, progress reports, therapy recommendations, and changing health conditions.

  • Maintain detailed and organized consultation records, nutrition charts, dietary assessments, progress notes, and client follow-up documentation.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly consultation and nutrition monitoring reports as required by Management.

  • Immediately identify and professionally communicate any nutritional risk, health concern, non-compliance issue, or dietary challenge affecting client wellbeing or therapy support outcomes.

  • Maintain professional coordination with Management, therapy teams, wellness consultants, and administrative departments to ensure integrated and client-centered service delivery.

  • Ensure that all nutritional consultation practices, dietary recommendations, and client management procedures comply with professional ethics, organizational policies, and operational standards.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client medical information, consultation records, nutritional reports, and all related documentation.

  • Provide nutritional awareness support through educational discussions, wellness campaigns, and health promotion activities organized by the company when required.

  • Stay updated with current nutritional science, dietary guidelines, healthcare practices, and wellness research to ensure delivery of modern and evidence-based nutritional services.

  • Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, punctuality, and high standards of client service while representing the organization.

  • Take ownership of assigned consultations and professional responsibilities while ensuring accurate reporting, responsible follow-up, and service integrity.
