∎ Problem solving & decision-making skills within the shortest possible time.
∎ Possess excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skill.
∎ Able to work under pressure in a team with responsibility.
∎ Candidate working or having worked in Hospital management will get preference.
∎ At least 2 years working experience in the related field.

∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ Drafting, editing, designing, issuing day-to-day office documents as per the instructions of the superiors.
∎ Coordinating all HR functions of the organization.
∎ Publishing and updating job ads on careers pages, scheduling interviews, screening resumes and job applications.
∎ Maintaining daily attendance, late attendance and early punch for ensuring office discipline and maintain database.
∎ Assisting HR Dept maintaining and update personnel file and ensure proper maintenance of the same.
∎ Assisting maintain HR database by recording joining, transfers, separation & changes in the job classifications and update leave information.
∎ Assisting HR Dept maintain all data records papers in relation to Recruitment and Selection, wages, and allowances.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Authority.
