Responsibilities & Context:
∎ End-to-end recruitment of blue-collar employees (e.g., delivery staff, sales reps)
∎ Coordinate with departments for manpower needs and onboarding
∎ Maintain and update accurate salary sheets using Excel
∎ Support HR operations related to documentation, attendance, and coordination
∎ Collaborate with finance for salary disbursement processes
∎ Ensure all processes follow company policies and compliance standards
∎ HealthOS Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment and HR operations for our blue-collar workforce, including delivery personnel, sales representatives, and other operational staff. The ideal candidate should also be proficient in preparing and maintaining salary sheets using Microsoft Excel.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ End-to-end recruitment of blue-collar employees (e.g., delivery staff, sales reps)
∎ Coordinate with departments for manpower needs and onboarding
