Job Context:
∎ We, are seeking an energetic and knowledgeable HR /Admin, who would assist in managing various HR and administrative functions. This can include employee relations, performance management and general office administration. You may work closely with HR managers, administrators, and other team members to ensure smooth operations within the HR and administrative departments.
∎ Job Location : Canadian Trillinium Int`l School - Malibhag & Wari Branch
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare & supervise all HR-related letters such as appointment letters, job descriptions, letters of confirmation, and letters for enhancement, performance appraisal, induction & orientation.
∎ Staffing of all departments/ Concern/ Companies as per Company's requirements.
∎ Assist in creating and designing Organizational Development Strategies.
∎ Handling employee grievances employee relations & counseling.
∎ Assist in the development of strategic HR Policy, Procedures & Guidelines.
∎ Prepare different reports, presentations, organization charts & HR-related analyses.
∎ To coordinate all recruitment processes to ensure timely selection & placement of right person in right place.
∎ Experience in Human Resources information system (HRIS).
∎ Any other job as assigned by the superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good in computer typing both in Bangla & English.
∎ Should be smart & well communication / co-ordination.
∎ Good in internet browsing & capable to use social media.
∎ Able to hard work & keep challenging mentality.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with all department.
∎ Needs to have considerable knowledge / understanding of Human Resource Management & Compliance.
∎ Mentality to achieve the goal through TEAM efforts.
