Responsibilities & Context:
Acme Technologies Ltd. একটি উদ্ভাবনী ও বহুমুখী প্রতিষ্ঠান, যা real estate, construction, artificial intelligence এবং logistics services-এ কাজ করে। আমাদের Human Resources টিমে একজন অভিজ্ঞ ও কর্মঠ Executive – HR নিয়োগের জন্য আমরা খুঁজছি।
অফিস সময়: সকাল ৯টা – বিকেল ৫টা
বেতন: ৩০,০০০/- টাকা (± অভিজ্ঞতার ভিত্তিতে)
🛠 মূল দায়িত্বসমূহ:
- Recruitment & selection পরিচালনা: job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, onboarding
- Employee database ও personnel files হালনাগাদ ও রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ
- Attendance, leave এবং payroll coordination নিশ্চিতকরণ
- HR policies ও compliance বজায় রাখতে সহায়তা
- Training & development কার্যক্রম পরিকল্পনা ও সমন্বয়
- Performance appraisal প্রক্রিয়ায় সহায়তা প্রদান
- Employee queries ম্যানেজ এবং employee relations উন্নয়ন
- Grievance handling এবং disciplinary procedures পরিচালনা
- শ্রম আইন ও কোম্পানির নিয়ম অনুযায়ী HR compliance নিশ্চিতকরণ
- HR events ও employee engagement activities সমন্বয়
- HR documents, contracts, offer/appointment letters তৈরি ও সংরক্ষণ
