Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Compliance, Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the daily attendance of employees in Software, input & preservation of corrected daily attendance and overtime records. Prepare Daily manpower report.
∎ Leave posting, Shift change and maintaining its record.
∎ Visit production floor for necessary cross checking of attendance & overtime and motivational works for workers.
∎ Maintain Personal files, service records and keep it update.
∎ Complete all the procedures of recruitment and input the data of newly recruited employees.
∎ Maintain the procedure of face or finger punch and Issue cards for the employees.
∎ Maintain the resignation, dismissal, discharge and termination procedure and records.
∎ Prepare the bills - final settlement, maternity leave benefit bill (prenatal & postnatal), subsistence allowance bill, etc.
∎ Inquire into the allegations being instructed by the management and report there to accordingly.
∎ Complete the banking procedure for newly recruited employee.
∎ Assist training part & necessary documents.

∎ Ability to focus attention and continually drive to achieve desired outcome
∎ Strong people management skills.
∎ Well conversant in MS Office.
