Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Regularly communicate with all employees within the organization.
∎ Manage end-to-end recruiting processes.
∎ Conduct reference checks and exit interviews.
∎ Lead new talent orientations and integrate office culture.
∎ Interpret HR policies and procedures for recruits and existing employees.
∎ Support daily HR operations, organizing and overseeing HR activities.
∎ Recommend new policies and approaches.
∎ Maintain HR records, documentation, and leave bank.
∎ Handle HR correspondence.
∎ Evaluate talent performance/scorecards and provide feedback.
∎ Coordinate meetings and appointments for executives.
∎ Supervise support staff duties and provide necessary training.
∎ Perform additional assigned administrative tasks.
