Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate databases, and preparing onboarding materials.
∎ Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
∎ Support employee relations by responding to HR-related inquiries and providing administrative support.
∎ Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
∎ Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
∎ Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence
