- Proven experience in HR assistance, receptionist, or similar administrative roles.
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Skills Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context: We are looking for a HR Assistant (Female Only)
Office Hours: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (On-site)
Work Week: 5-day work week (Friday & Saturday off)

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Assistant to join our team in this pivotal role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing basic reports, and following up on action items.
- Documentation & Record-Keeping: Support documentation, record-keeping, and data entry tasks to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and smooth workflow across departments.
- Presentation & Research: Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and conducting simple research tasks.
- Employee Engagement & Events: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and office events to enhance workplace culture.
- Confidential Handling: Handle HR-related correspondence, filing, and data entry with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Business Development Support: Support business development and client communication under guidance.
- Process Improvement Contribution: Learn and contribute to process improvement initiatives within the HR team.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, coordinate training sessions, and organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Receptionist Duties: Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner. Answer calls, direct inquiries, and take messages as needed.
- General Administration: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and packages. Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining meeting rooms.
- Office Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
