Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and results-driven Senior IT Product Manager to lead end-to-end product development across web and mobile platforms.

This role requires full ownership of the product lifecycle — from ideation and roadmap planning to launch and post-release optimization. The successful candidate will align business objectives, user needs, and technical execution while driving measurable product growth.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, exceptional documentation capability, and a proven record of managing digital products in competitive and fast-moving markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap aligned with company objectives.
  
  

• Lead product planning and execution for Web, iOS, and Android applications.
  
  

• Translate business requirements into structured documentation including PRDs, BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
  
  

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, UI/UX, QA, Marketing, and DevOps teams.
  
  

• Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cycles within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  
  

• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and user behavior analysis to identify opportunities.
  
  

• Drive product performance using KPIs, analytics tools, A/B testing, and data-driven insights.
  
  

• Prioritize features based on impact, ROI, scalability, and technical feasibility.
  
  

• Ensure timely product delivery while maintaining high quality and performance standards.
  
  

• Support go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and growth initiatives.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT Product Management or similar leadership roles.
  
  

• Proven experience managing web and mobile application products.
  
  

• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and modern product lifecycle methodologies.
  
  

• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA).
  
  

• Excellent documentation and requirement-writing expertise.
  
  

• Strong analytical mindset with structured problem-solving skills.
  
  

• Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Firebase, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
  
  

• Strong stakeholder communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  
  

• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
  
  

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience in AI-driven products, SaaS platforms, or live streaming/social applications.
  
  

• Knowledge of App Store Optimization (ASO) and mobile growth strategies.
  
  

• Technical background in software development or system architecture.
