Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Computer Science / IT preferred).

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years of professional experience as a QA Engineer / Software Tester.
• Experience testing mobile apps (iOS/Android) and web applications.
• Hands-on experience with manual testing techniques.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Experience with:
  • Functional Testing
  • Regression Testing
  • Smoke & Sanity Testing
  • UI/UX Testing
• Ability to write clear test cases and bug reports.
• Basic understanding of API testing (Postman is a plus).
• Good understanding of mobile app workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Nice to Have (Optional):

• Basic knowledge of automation testing (Selenium / Cypress / Playwright).
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience testing live streaming or real-time applications.

Job Context:

Right Tracks IT Limited is looking for a Mid-Level QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our mobile and web applications. The role involves manual testing, test case preparation, bug reporting, and collaboration with developers, designers, and product teams.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in functional testing, regression testing, and a clear understanding of SDLC and Agile Scrum practices.

Office Time: Sunday – Thursday (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of mobile (iOS/Android) and web applications.
• Analyse requirements, user stories, and Figma designs to create test cases and test scenarios.
• Execute functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and UI/UX testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA / ClickUp / Trello.
• Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are resolved properly.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers.
• Participate in Sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure application quality before production releases.
• Maintain proper test documentation and reports.
