Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, and Next.js.
• Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of AWS Cloud & Serverless Architecture.
• Experience with Microservices, API development, and Cloud Deployment.
• Practical experience with Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps tools.
• Experience working on production-level applications.

Job Context:

Right Tracks IT Limited is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js, React, Next.js, and AWS cloud services. The role involves developing scalable web applications, microservice-based backend systems, and cloud-native APIs for production-level platforms.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with JavaScript full-stack development, serverless architecture, and DevOps practices.

Office Time: Sunday – Thursday (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Node.js, React, and Next.js.
• Design and implement microservice architecture and scalable backend systems.
• Build secure and high-performance REST API and GraphQL API services.
• Work extensively with AWS cloud services including Lambda, API Gateway, AppSync, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, and EC2.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering teams in Agile Scrum methodology.
• Maintain code quality, documentation, and best software engineering practices.
