Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fully responsible on the transportation, food management, security issue
∎ Monitoring daily attendance, absent, late issue
∎ Following daily manpower recruitment to ensure timely, optimal, and quality hiring
∎ Taking care about the worker health
∎ Handling worker disciplinary action, employees’ conflict & grievance, building good relationship with worker
∎ Design Organogram ensuring succession plan
∎ Arrange all kind of worker and staff training
∎ Issuing employee benefit base on the company rule
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Fluency in English
∎ 5 years + above working experience in side the EPZ area, familiar with EPZ law
∎ Good comminication skill
∎ Out-going personality
