∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fulfill the job vacancy
∎ Offer all kind of training
∎ To maintain Payroll and benefits for employees, and ensure the Hr information has updated into the ERP on time
∎ Solving the grievance issue inside the factory, maintaining a strong relationship with employee
∎ Organizing regular training to worker, admin people
∎ Maintaining and enforcing company policy
∎ Supporting to social and compliance audit
∎ Administration looking
∎ Yearly performance appraisal management
∎ Preparing monthly Hr and admin report
∎ Reacting with ZPE zone and other agency
∎ Arrange yearly internal asset auditing
∎ Foreigner visa application
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
∎ With working experience in EPZ zone
∎ Familiar to the EPZ law
∎ Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
∎ Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
∎ Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
∎ Attention to detail and good judgement
∎ Fluency in English
