- Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA in HRM preferred.

Manage overall HR & Admin operations.
Handle recruitment, attendance, leave, and payroll.
Develop HR policies and ensure compliance with labor law.
Coordinate with departments for HR planning and employee development.
Maintain office logistics, assets, and documentation.
Job Other Benifits:
BDT 25,000 (Monthly) - Negotiable based on experience.
