Experience:

• 1 to 2 years

• Diploma

• HSC / Diploma / Bachelor's – relevant field preferred

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of practical experience in video shooting & editing.
• Must have hands-on experience operating a gimbal.
• Portfolio/ showreel is mandatory

Must be skilled in:

• Gimbal Operation
• DSLR/Mirrorless Camera Handling
• Lighting Setup
• Basic to mid-level editing (Premiere Pro / CapCut Pro/ other)
• Experience in product-focused content (highly preferred).
• Good sense of framing, angles, composition & storytelling.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset, team player & responsible.

• Operate the gimbal with excellent control for smooth & stable shooting.
• Shoot high-quality product-based videos for e-commerce brands (Cheeryb, Pastich, etc.).
• Shoot lifestyle, indoor, outdoor studio, and basic outdoor content.
• Capture B-roll footage, close-up shots, and aesthetically pleasing product visuals.
• Set up indoor/studio lighting for product and lifestyle shoots.
• Edit videos for social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Create short, dynamic videos suitable for ads and reels.
• Maintain organized raw footage, project files, and backup.
• Work closely with the creative team to execute scripts and concepts.
• Ensure timely delivery of all video content.

Workplace: Work at the office (In-house Studio)

Employment Status: Full-time (10AM-7PM)

Salary:

• Tk.25,000 - 35,000 (Monthly)
