Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR & Admin Executive to manage and support the daily operations of our HR and Admin department. The ideal candidate will be organized, confident, and able to perform duties independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition and full recruitment cycle for multiple positions.
- Assist in performance management and employee evaluation processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support training and development programs for staff.
- Prepare and update job descriptions and departmental hiring plans.
- Manage job postings, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate communications.
- Handle onboarding, confirmations, and performance reviews.
- Maintain and track attendance, leave, and timesheet records.
- Oversee inventory management and logistics support.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and productive work culture.
- Manage workload and deadlines under pressure.
- Demonstrate teamwork, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.
- Perform any other HR or administrative duties assigned by management.
