Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Possesses the ability to manage a team of housekeepers effectively.
∎ • Demonstrates organizational skills required for ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely manner.
∎ • Exhibits the ability to teach others how to do their jobs in a friendly, courteous and effective manner.
∎ • Is able to perform several tasks at the same time
∎ • Make sure the rooms and stairways are regularly cleaned.
∎ • Monitor the performance of junior housekeeping staff.
∎ • Keep a record of the cleaning products and restock when necessary.
∎ • Determining the number of employees needed to complete tasks within specific time frames
∎ • Training new employees on proper techniques for various cleaning tasks such as dusting and vacuuming
∎ • Conducting periodic inspections of rooms to ensure that they are clean and orderly
∎ • Ensuring that supplies are available for use by staff members in their work, such as soap, cleaning agents, and linens
∎ • Directing employees in their work, providing feedback, and addressing problems as they arise
∎ • Scheduling staff members’ work hours and communicating any changes to them
∎ • Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and ordering replacements when needed
∎ • Assigning housekeeping tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met.
∎ • Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service.
∎ • Providing training to the housekeeping staff.
∎ • Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed.
∎ • Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping staff as needed.
∎ • Performing various cleaning duties in instances of staff shortages.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
