∎ Supervise and coordinate the activities of various departments, including medical, administrative, and support staff.
∎ Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
∎ Address and resolve patient complaints and concerns promptly.
∎ Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development among staff.
∎ Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient care services and ensure resource availability.
∎ Prepare and present operational reports to the board or governing body.
