SUO XI Hospital (Acupuncture) is looking for smart, responsible, and well-spoken Call Center Executives to join its patient support and appointment management team. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling patient calls, booking appointments/serials, responding to customer queries, managing follow-up communication, and maintaining proper data records.
Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from patients and customers professionally.
Make outbound calls for patient follow-up, appointment confirmation, and service communication.
Manage appointment/serial booking accurately.
Respond to customer queries through phone, WhatsApp, and Messenger.
Provide clear information about hospital services, appointment process, doctor availability, and patient support.
Maintain patient information and call records through data entry.
Update Excel/Google Sheet and CRM properly.
Follow up with patients when required.
Coordinate with hospital staff, doctors’ assistants, and front desk team for smooth patient service.
Maintain polite, patient-friendly, and professional communication at all times.
