Job Responsibilities:
∎ Thorough knowledge and clear concept about the details of garment orders from the stage of garment sample development, fabric inspection penalty points / system used, cutting, printing/embroidery, Sewing, Finishing, Packing, Pre-final and required final inspection.
∎ Manage to achieve standards to satisfy customer and factory management.
∎ Assisting technicians regarding checking of patterns/specification and construction, identifying and resolving production impracticability in an appropriately timely manner, and to make a final decision on quality according to company standards and requirements.
∎ Maintain acceptable quality standards in every process from samples to bulk shipments including, samples, fabric and accessories, cutting, sewing, finishing and packing.
∎ Achieve proper inspections and audit processes up to final inspections.
∎ Achieve inspection quantity targets and efficiency of all inspection points.
∎ Implement and maintain all quality related systems, procedures and disciplines.
∎ Should have experience in different AQL level.
∎ Training and develop the subordinate workforce to acquire knowledge and skills.
∎ Keep displaying the positive continual improvements in every quarter on quality related indicators, efficiency of quality staffs and adopting new concepts as and when required.
∎ Have experience the buyer like : JCPenney, The Children Place, Gymboree, LIDL, ALDI, JAJU, Kaufland, Gloria Jeans, Walmart, Wolverine, The Wear House, Max. Costco.
∎ Have to maintain Daily Development Sample Planning & ensure the production.
∎ Managing all the operations in the Cutting Department, attending to all technical and administrative issues, coordinating with other sections (such as fabric inspection, CAD, sewing) and the management, and advising the team to ensure all issues related to the cutting process are resolved efficiently and effectively.
∎ Supervising and ensuring that Lay sheet & marker from CAD & fabric from store is received as per daily cut plan.
∎ Responsible to ensure that fabric laying, relaxing, cutting & bundling operation is running as per plan & capacity.
∎ Responsible to ensure that cutting is done based on the line priority & backline /Sub-store requirement.
∎ Communicating with the relevant department to generate the most effective solutions to the operational and technical issues.
∎ Monitoring and controlling material over-consumption in the Cutting Department to reduce additional cost.
∎ Ensuring the accurate scheduling of the sectional output and appropriate manpower balancing to cater to production priorities.
∎ Developing technical skills and improving the methods of the employees in the Cutting Department to facilitate productivity improvement.
∎ Attending pre-production meetings to understand critical technical or quality issues and educating the subordinates on the necessary precautionary measures.
∎ Any duties & responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time, as deemed necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer Literacy is must.
∎ Perform any other task as per management requirements.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
∎ Willing to live and work in factory premises at Hotapara, Gazipur
