Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target.
∎ Preparing reconciliation report for each of the orders.
∎ Ensuring combined production report of fabric, cutting, printing, embroidery, sewing, finishing and shipment.
∎ Ensuring effective communication with supply chain team to ensure smooth productivity.
∎ Prepare the Master cutting plan for the centralized cutting unit.
∎ Capacity planning & forecasting, identify bottle necks in cutting process.
∎ Prepare the daily/weekly fabric inspection plans, fabric issuing plans.
∎ Monitor each style/order and ensure the correct PO’s are cut and loaded.
∎ Monitor & control daily/weekly cut work WIP and make sure sewing lines are fed without interruptions.
∎ Closely liaising with sewing planners, Merchandisers and ensure that the material flows are supported to execute plans.
∎ Any other assignments at the discretion of management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fluent in English and Bengali.
∎ Good efficiency in computer literacy.
∎ Very good interpersonal skill.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the business area(s): Woven Shirt Factory.
