Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the factory’s technical team to ensure operational efficiency and high-quality production output.
∎ Conduct style reviews and finalize production line layouts.
∎ Perform in-depth technical analyses of each style and provide solutions to production challenges.
∎ Maintain detailed records of technical and production layouts.
∎ Initiate operator training programs for critical processes and evaluate skill requirements on a quarterly basis.
∎ Develop multi-skilled operators and foster a culture of technical innovation through structured training programs.
∎ Collaborate with Merchandisers, R&D, designers, pattern cutters, graders, and Quality Controllers to ensure the final development stages of products meet quality standards.
∎ Work with samples to recommend production-friendly solutions while maintaining quality and efficiency before bulk production.
∎ Motivate the technical team to proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
