∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): R & D
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.
∎ Formulate and maintain quality control objectives and coordinate objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other department heads/managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
∎ Direct, through intermediate personnel, workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products
∎ Plan, promote, and organize training activities related to product quality and reliability.
∎ Investigate and adjust customer complaints regarding quality.
∎ Strive to ensure the best possible QC practice and this is kept up to date with industry standards.
∎ Control production process in different stages.
∎ Analyze and control denim fault and take action in process while deviation occurs. Handle urgent and critical situations.
∎ Work closely with marketing teams and provide proper support from R&D.
∎ Carry out any other job assigned to him by the authority.
