Job Responsibilities:
∎ Under the direct guidance of Executive Director, implement & monitor the Ranka Denim Textile Mills Limited HR & Compliance plan & policies & provide full professional HR & Compliance service to all the department.
∎ Prepare plan & implement a recruitment and selection policy & procedure.
∎ Ensure congenial IR (industrial relations) environment & provide appropriate advise while dealing with workers.
∎ Develop & update salary & benefit structure.
∎ Ensure maintenance of effective HR & Compliance information system & provide necessary report to ED.
∎ Ensure safety, quality & compliance activities in workplace & maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ Plan & achieve people productivity as well as employee costs saving in all the departments of factory and maintain manpower planning always at optimum level by closely monitoring the approved establishment (organogram).
∎ Have adequate knowledge about Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) & Joint Life Inditex.
∎ Maintain close liaison with Head Office & exchange relevant information.
∎ Maintain close liasion with all relevant Govt. Office, Employers' Association and other national trade bodies.
∎ Arrange Fire Fighter, First Aid Box, Fire Drill, Pure Drinking Water, Toilet, Children Room, Canteen, Kitchen, Aisle & Arrow Marking, Exit Light Box, Monthly drill practice & other hosekeeping activities in the floor.
∎ Carry out any others jobs as assigned from time to time.
