∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ The applicant must have at least 2 years of QA working experience in the same position with a large Knit garment (Knit & Jacket) industry.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Positive work ethic and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop quality control processes and procedures for consistent product quality.
∎ Establish quality checkpoints at various manufacturing stages.
∎ Responsible for establishing a standard Quality Management System (QMS) as per customer demand also for Quality Control.
∎ Responsible for developing and implementing Company SOP in the area of Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
∎ Conduct regular quality inspections and address any deviations from standards.
∎ To perform the duty of Nominated Quality controller for all buyers of Quality System, to be responsible for driving initiatives pertaining to quality control and quality Assurance.
∎ Dealing with the inspection and ensuring a high pass rate, and working to meet buyer's quality requirements, system implementation and quality enhancement.
∎ To lead the team of Quality Assurance and ensure accountability to the top management.
∎ To ensure Quality in the whole process of Fabrication to Shipment in Knit Garments.
∎ To give Quality & Technical guidance, Production Support, Process management and Quality management.
∎ Maintaining liaison with the merchandising and production department and making the plan to ensure maximum quality.
∎ Train up to Quality person about QA Standard as per Buyer/Customer requirements.
∎ To make a plan to minimize rejection and communicate with the production department
∎ To handle Buyers' QA during their final inspection and floor visits.
∎ To handle the technical audit.
∎ To ensure Re-check cannot happen during the final inspection.
∎ Drive KAIZEN culture.
