Experience Requirements:
At least 10–12 years of experience in the relevant area, preferably in the same position.

QMS and Technical Audit
Quality Control/Audit
Quality Inspection
Quality Management Systems
Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, TQM, QS Audit, and relevant technical audits of different brands.
Strong command of English & with excellent communication skills.
Sound knowledge of modern garment quality methodology.
Proficient in MS Office.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.

We are currently seeking a motivated professional for the Head of Quality Assurance & Technical position.
Job Description / Responsibilities:
Develop a strong quality assurance team, oversee all QA-related activities in a state-of-the-art knit garment facility, and ensure a total quality management system through best practices and procedures to meet the requirements of world-renowned buyers.
Set up quality monitoring systems and processes; liaise with all back-end processes (knitting, dyeing, AOP) to cutting, sewing, and finishing; and manage QA resources across departments.
Conduct inspections by cross-checking inspection files to review production status, fabric, accessories, measurements, styles, packing, workmanship, etc., ensuring buyer requirements are met.
Detect faults and recommend timely corrective actions by reviewing operations and independently solving issues.
Continuously develop personal competencies and skills to enhance service quality and personal growth.
Lead the QA team and develop the QA system in alignment with the company’s QA manual.
