Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Preferable candidate will be from BUET, RUET, KUET, CUET or any government recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ideal candidate must Lead, supervise and manage the Mechanical maintenance team.
∎ Should be able to perform mechanical maintenance activities as per Industries standards to achieve the targeted availability of equipment.
∎ Troubleshooting & fabrication of mechanical engineering and performing repair work under close supervision.
∎ Involvement in mechanical modification/improvement activities in the assigned area and reducing the cost of maintenance activities.
∎ Must have knowledge about health & safety legislation. Candidate must enforce safety guidelines of' Zero Tolerance' for unsafe activity by creating awareness among the employees.
∎ Optimize sourcing of spare parts by maintaining the balance between cost and quality and ensure preventive maintenance of the system
∎ To coordinate and comply with other departments as required
∎ Candidate should be focused to minimize the breakdown of process machinery.
∎ Should be capable of internal & external communications required for the smooth operation of the project.
∎ Should be capable of maintaining history & logbook of all departmental activities, process machineries & inventory of stocks/Spare.
∎ Should be able to handle project expansion-related design & execution work.
∎ Should be able to supervise sub-ordinates & improve their skills/knowledge by on-the-spot training.
∎ Knowledge about RSC Fire safety guidelines,& do all the necessary work to comply the factory as per RSC guideline will be an added advantage.
∎ Knowledge about LEED certification & HIGG, Water management will be added advantage.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Must be proficient in AUTO CAD, MS OFFICE, EXCEL, and MS POWERPOINT.
∎ Must be excellent at written & verbal ENGLISH.
